The existing mud brick studio is not council approved but electricity, gas and water are all connected and it offers a paved double carport that doubles as a great covered multi-purpose area. Inside, the hand-crafted camphor laurel kitchen cupboards are a work of art topped by a solid slab counter top and the floor to ceiling windows truly give you the feeling of being right there in the rainforest together with the birds and the butterflies.

There's a slow combustion log burner, more hand-crafted timber cupboards in the open plan area and a loft room with plenty of space and lots of light. There’s a gas stove & cook top, an outside composting toilet & an outside shower, together with a lean-to storage shed & an on-site caravan (not mobile) complete with verandah.  The van is currently being used for storage and has some major white ant damage from past activity.
