This 4
bedroom Colonial style home set on approx 8.5 ac (3.4 ha) overlooks
a large lake and lush green valleys to magnificent mountain views.
It's pristine & private, secluded and protected from the 'outside
world'. With high ceilings, 2 bathrooms, wide covered verandahs
& 2 living areas it's a great family home complete with shed,
stables and horse riding arena just 10 minutes drive (9km) from
Bellingen.
As you ascend the lovely wide stairs to the
front verandah you are compelled to turn around as you reach the
top step and just soak up the immense beauty all around you. Looking
over the lush green paddocks with horses and cows, the lake with
its resident duck family and the grand old iron barks with companion
fig, you can't help but feel a sense of peace and protection from
the outside world. |

a double sink, an electric oven and cooktop, and a 6 seat dining setting

| What a view |

| Water is just not
a problem here with a huge roof feeding a 20,000 gallon concrete
tank which is filtered back to the house and filtered again
into the kitchen for crystal clear, absolutely delicious water.
The large lake is very deep providing virtually limitless
water for stock plus it pumps to a 5,000 gallon holding tank
that gravity feeds the outside taps and troughs and has a
back up pump for more pressure if you need it.
The low maintenance garden includes
natives, ornamentals and fruit trees, and is designed to bring
pleasure, not break your back. The bird life and wild life
abound and it would be oh so easy to just sit back and forget
to go to work! |

| There's lots of room
under the house for storage, easy access and great ventilation
and there's a large double garage with high clearance for
your horse float as well as a wash basin, power, lights and
a lean to carport. The riding arena is fenced in with timber
post and rail and it has a sand base across the entire arena,
while all the pasture is lush and all the fencing is in good
condition. There's easy access to good riding tracks and once
you're in the state forest you can ride for as long as you
like.
This property has

that's almost perfect for humans and horses.
